I was lucky to find my ran for $35 + shipping. I would say the upward limit you should spend on a fumo is $70, which should be for more rare ones instead. Going into $100+ for a fumo is giving scalpers double their money back. I would advise waiting or shopping around until you can find a decent priced one.

That's a bit much to pay, considering that you can sometimes find Ran cheaper on Japanese stores. I don't think you should've bought from a US seller either, they're always going to charge more than usual.

Don't feel bad. I say not to spend $100 on a fumo because I bought a $100 Yuyuko when I first started to collect fumos, traded her for a Remi which I came to find out was a fake. I later lost that Remilia. I have many regrets too.

My first two fumos (Patchouli and Kaguya) cost £128, so I wouldn't worry about not knowing what you're doing. This sort of thing comes with experience and knowing when a good deal appears.
