蔬菜切碎了直接吃，鸡蛋煎一下，然后花十分钟煎鸡胸肉，最后把切碎的蔬菜、鸡蛋鸡胸肉摆盘淋上酱油醋香油盐黑胡椒就能直接吃了。
整个备餐过程不超过30分钟，吃饱还不长胖

西兰花4元/斤，洋葱2元/斤，紫甘蓝西红柿大概5元左右，土豆黄瓜胡萝卜不超过3元每斤，鸡胸肉超市一盒是7元，鸡蛋5元每斤
一个人吃光是蔬菜25元够吃三天
两根胡萝卜+两颗洋葱就能铺满大半个锅了，而且我也没说全部买啊，说的是任意搭配
假设一天吃一盒鸡胸肉+3个鸡蛋那也就9元，还剩下16元，16元买上述的菜品绝对吃不完

鸡胸肉加盐黑胡椒咖喱粉腌制一会，热锅下油加入洋葱丝和大蒜，先大火煎表面上色，之后盖盖子转小火，用洋葱里的水分把鸡胸肉蒸熟。
味道很不错，配上煎鸡蛋，再加上醋酱油香油搅拌，搭配那些蔬菜吃就很解腻
