我感觉中国虽然救灾速度快，但在武德这一块落了下乘
日本虽然好几年了也没重建明白，但是这是政府培养人民自救的自治能力，小共同体这一块凝结核这一块。
虽然灾民没水没电，但仔细想想，公认最有武德的中世纪从来没听说过什么电力自来水，都是城市化后出现的，一城市化就都是些费拉小市民原子人之流。所以日本政府其实在给灾民刷武德，水电天天断，武德日日增。
