I might drop back in over the weekend to share
I turn 57 this weekend, and we have some plans… My friend Jon (the one who owns the house in Portland) is in Georgia, and we have tentative plans on going to Atlanta (buckhead, specifically) and NOT getting drunk or high….
Jon is also clean (which is crazy if you knew our history) and even though im finished with the court program, i still havent smoked any weed or had a beer or anything, and have had NO desire to do so…. that means a sober birthday, which will be awesome….
By the way, Jon says you're an idiot, because although Portland has had a downward spiral just like every other city in America, he told me that in fact, if anything, Portland has undergone a gentrification, with most properties being ultra expensive, like $1,200 a month for a nice one bedroom. (exactly like Atlanta and every other eclectic cool city)
