Trump Signs Executive Orders On Coronavirus Relief, Payroll Tax
With the 'swamp' fighting over pork as unemployed Americans die on the vine, President Trump on Saturday announced sweeping executive actions aimed at coronavirus relief - after stimulus Congressional stimulus talks broke down once again last week.
The new orders will:
Eliminate the payroll tax
Extend unemployment benefits by $400 per week, down from $600
Defer student loan repayments through the end of the year
Extend protections against evictions
The administration is also looking at cuts to income taxes for lower and middle-income individuals, as well as cuts capital gains taxes.

The last minute of that video has some very interesting thoughts regarding the Payroll Tax Cut, and the choice we, as Americans, have in November… Double your tax burden under Biden or tax forgiveness under Trump. Trump also has a plan to shore up Social Security, so Johnny and I will still get our precious monthly allotment of Chosen Slavery. I'll still be working to end my personal reliance on an income stream I neither believe in, nor support; as it keeps people down, and does not allow them to fulfill their full potential.
I personally think the Entitlement Programs need a major revamping. We need to encourage self-reliance, rather than institutionalize reliance on Big Government.
But yeah, I paid into the system I disagree with, and I will continue to take the money they promised me when I paid into said system. That does not make me a hypocrite. It makes me a realist. I'm accepting the way things ARE; and if I disagree with the way things are,I Work to Change Those Things In the Ways I Can.
I do not throw the baby out with the bathwater, nor do I tear down statues, try to erase history, or destroy civilization.
I Accept What IS.
TRUMP IS OUR PRESIDENT.
