When I was young I blamed others for all the seemingly unnecessary difficulties life was offering me. Seriously though, as one gets older, if one has kids, as they get older, you're gonna want them to grow up, mature, not waste their lives with slave mentality get a McJob, trade their time and energy for numbers in a bank account, or "things"', or to help some other greedy fuck get more "things". No! I want more for my children; which will require learning some self-discipline on their part, and if they do not learn it fast enough it will be imposed upon them, like discipline always is. In other words, conformity-enforcement. Authority. Either accept responsibility, act like your own authority and practice self-discipline, or Authority will practice discipline on you! It's kind of a Universal Law. I have always chafed under laws. But if I want my children to grow up, if I want humanity to have a future at all, we are all going to have to conform'' to a new paradigm. Our social structure is broken and produces broken people who are not encouraged to practice self-discipline or self-reliance, or problem-solving skills. I have to grow up if I want my children to, if I want my friends to, if I want my governmental leaders to I have to grow up.
