Hey /fit/ newfag here, intend on lurking a bit. I just wanted to tell you my goal and background and I was wondering if you'd be able to help me achieve it with inspiration, advice, techniques etc.
Late teen male - 6'1" not sure of weight, have a bit of belly fat to the point where it hangs over my joggers when I sit and slouch. Live with family, all of them are lazy, unhealthy and uneducated. Their diet consists of microwave meals, potato chips, fast food stuff like that.
I try to eat healthier but it's difficult because healthier foods rarely see this house unless I literally beg for them.
Goal - Want to burn the belly fat and make my abdominal muscles more defined while increasing the strength of the muscles in my arms and legs.
I have no equipment so if anyone would be kind enough to provide me with home workout routines/exercises that can help with this.
Easy/cheap healthy meal ideas would also be appreciated.
I know I'm asking for a lot, but I really need help from actual people with their own experiences as opposed to people on forums and blogs.
