So guys I'm only 15. My hairs falling out bad. My eyesight is bad. I have laugh wrinkles and eye wrinkles. I have spots on my skin. And under all my toe nails is black. like space black. My ears ring a lot and hurt. My nails are extremely fragile and break after touching things and my teeth are see through although brush them all the time. I don't eat unhealthy foods often and I'm not overweight. Can someone tell me what's wrong with me and how to fix it.

Wow. You sound like a bag of deficiencies and stress. There could be a 1 or 2 major deficiencies but many cases like this are a matter of doing everything wrong. If you post for help on the Ray Peat forum, there are some very knowledgeable and helpful people there that might give troubleshooting your problems a shot.

"Get a doctor" is an understatement. How the hell can you still play rugby while all this is happening, too?
Wrinkles and skin spots can just be chalked up to a lot of sun exposure, though, which isn't too bad, just that it makes you age quicker.

That's a fungal infection. You need to get treated anon. Once you get that shit under your nails, it's really hard to treat, you need to start ASAP.
Most of your other symptoms could be fungal infection too. See a doctor anon.
