I constantly want to fight people. Never did though, at least not since i started lifting.

Im thinking about starting some martial arts, but i don't have much time left in my week and i don't want to slowly turn retarded from getting punches to the head.

Ever fucked someone up since you started lifting? Got some fighting techniques you use or train? Doing martial arts?

Don't you krauts (if you are actually German) have some tradition where you fight one another with swords and armor, until one person pussies out of the fight or something? Many high ranking SS officers had scars on their face from it. That's what I heard anyway. Bretty cool.

Think you're talking about the fencing in Burschenschaften, which are like fraternities except much more traditional and more right wing. The scars are called Schmiss, and it's considered a sign of authority even if it means you've lost a battle. They used to be the mark of the academic in Germany.

Burschenschaften still exist in surprising numbers but im not in one, it's time intensive and they drink a lot, which kills gains.

Shadow kick boxing in super slow motion, 60 seconds, 30 for the hit and 30 for the return, or as applicable. One round as relaxed as possible, another as tense as possible, alternating which starts with each workout.

Maximally tensing your whole body to absorb blows better.

Golden Bell/Iron Body training: hard taps to the body in various areas until you can hit yourself as hard as you can completely relaxed without injury or pain, until others can slam on you without injury, until people can stab you and it does nothing when you're tensing, until people can stab you when you're relaxing and it does nothing (knife breaks).

Becoming retarded from getting hit in the head is legitimate, but is also a sign you're lacking neuroplasticity. Boost neuroplasticity by breaking habits continuously. This can be by studying the occult (wizard here) which really is a mind fuck that limbers the entire biological system; even the light stuff like elements (hermetics, traditional chinese medicine, etc) and thought force (william atkinson has some good stuff) can really boost neuroplasticity, learning capacity, wisdom and intelligence.

Other ways are learning how to use the less dominant hand in writing and other motor activities that build ambidexterity. If you notice you can flex or move a certain way on one side but not the other, such as moving a shoulder blade a certain way or muscle activation in the obliques, try to reconcile the difference.

Travel, new experiences, creative activities; writing included!; using your senses in new ways; learn how to live blind, deaf – learn how to taste the air and a million things in food, and smell as well as a dog – learn how to see your body with your eyes closed through the mind's eye so you can move perfectly while blind through an environment or when fighting – etcetera.

And finally, if you're smarter than you ever were by developing the mind through sense and intellect, no one would know that fighting dropped your IQ even 20 point – you could have an 180 IQ and be the smartest man in the room every time, but were dropped there from 200 IQ by fighting.

The gains to spirit and body are worth it though; courage, discipline, daring, resourcefulness – these are worth it.

Do the Iron Head training. Taps to the jaw and noggin' until it's iron.

I'm considering learning Muay Thai at the local martial arts place down the street. Eventually plan to get into Armored Combat Leagues once I can afford to buy a suit of armor.

I tend to be a pacifist so I don't like fighting to begin with outside of sports. Every time I've almost gotten into a fight with someone I just pulled my handgun on them and they backed the fuck up.

>getting dumb from punches to the head

You've watched too much boxing or MMA. I started doing karate in high school and never got a hard blow to the head once. Unless you do full contact competition this is not an issue. Sparring during exercise is done with "skin contact", you're supposed to have so much control you just mark the hits with no force.

Even when competing in kumite (vs) it's usually semi-contact, not full contact.

I've also done ju jutsu, judo, and ninjutsu (goes by the name bujinkan taijutsu nowadays).

Ju jutsu can be pretty brutal, it focuses a lot on strangling and potentially lethal techniques where you block the blood flow to the head, (if you maintain a position like this for over 15 secs it leads to permanent brain damage).

Judo strains your back alot and I can't really recommend it because it's shit for self defense too. Throwing someone in a street fight is very dangerous, someone from my club did this in a bar fight and the other guy ended up paralized from the neck down. The thrower got 10 years in jail.

Ninjutsu is better in this regard because it's a military style so there is no free sparring, the focus is on techniques, dodging sword strikes, handling medieval weapons and falling/dodging in general. The main difference to the other jap styles is that bujinkan applies heavy punches and kicks while the other styles uses whiplash type techiques. This is because it was intented to be used with armour, so you need to hit with weight to have any effect.

If you just want to try something harmless, go for ninjutsu/taijutsu.

Well I don't think I ever experienced either sexism or homophobia at a martial arts club anyway so it's not like it would change anything. The biggest group was "kick and box" aerobics combined with kickboxing where all participants were teenage to early 20s girls with too much make up. If there was any sexism/homophobia I'm pretty sure they were the source of it. The rest of us were there to learn self defense, not talk and think about sex, it's a non issue.

If you feel the need to give comments on someone's ass in the locker room you're not there for the right reason. You'd make a fool out of yourself.

Well, tap the area of the body you want to toughen up, reaching a level of discomfort, then rub the area when you're done to help it recover. Start with a relaxed body, with lighter taps/hits, and then a firm body, with harder hits, and then do some max tension body and hits.

Temperature training also toughens the body, despite it seeming unrelated. Extreme cold and heat training is very good; switching quickly between both in a "steel tempering" pattern will really temper your steel.

Somewhere in the /fringe/ library or some person on fringe will have a book on Iron Shirt/Golden Bell.

There's a section in the book I'm uploading that has a chapter on Golden Bell. It's very simple. I forget which one has it though so I'll upload both.

 No.125424

File: 282deb36c448ef5⋯.pdf (7.69 MB, Jin Yi Ming, Guo Cui Ya, A….pdf)

And the other.

An hour a day is perfect. In a year time, one will be knife proof at max tension (for a part of the body that can tense maximally such as the back or stomach), and at least resistant to all blows. That is if you progress appropriately, and don't have negative talent in this training.

When I use to spar with a friend, we would both get that "dark veil" on our minds that one experiences when maximally tensing your entire body and trying to kill someone (body hits only of course, no equipment afterall), and because of this all out expenditure, our hits would bounce off each other and we'd feel nothing. No injury afterward either.

Golden Bell develops a subtle armor of tension that is maintained in the fascia under the skin and muscle, and distributes impact. Just like how a bullet proof vest is a web of fibers that contract around the impact. Esoterically however, it is an energetic tension that is maintained in the outer layers of the flesh, that exists as a webbing to distribute kinetic energy. This is why there is training while relaxed, to focus the growth in the energetic means of protection rather than the carnal (material body) means of protection.

The "dark veil", where you go half-blind with fury (though we weren't angry, just channeling our fighting aggression appropriately; and so neither do you have to be furious but rather vigorous) is an energetic layer of protection on the body AS WELL as the brain. Neurology can feedback stimulus that fucks up the brain; kinetic energy gets sent to the brain and BAM brain injury from a body shot. It's like having a faraday cage around the body but not the head -> your head will explode, rather than your body being just burnt if you had no cage at all.

Sorry, that was unrelated, but I thought it would be right to mention for learning purposes.

>>125338

are not good. The exercise itself can be pretty damaging to your back with all the being thrown and falling and it's useless as self defense because it's only close range. If you already did wrestling you have that part, going for middle to long range should be a natural next step. MMA (from what I've seen) seems to focus a lot on close range because it's how you fight in a ring, but with that as a habit you're putting yourself in a really bad position if attacked in real life as the attacker could have friends and the ground is hard. Going down there should be avoided.

I don't think you understand what exactly these things are, you basically give up your life for the Burschenschaft. You live in the house, you have to put up with whoever your fellow members are, there are a lot of events every single week, you're meant to study with the others. You start out as a "Fuchs" which is the basic bitch rank, you're expected to do everything your seniors ask from you for at least a year.

>everything in moderation

You have no idea, "drinking a lot" doesn't mean in Germany what it means in Clapistan. These guys are basically militant alcoholics. They do "pabsten", which is forcing yourself to vomit by sticking a finger down your throat, in order to keep drinking afterwards and to reduce hangover. There is a lot of competitive drinking, you're expected to down 1L of beer within a couple of seconds regularly whenever someone challenges you to a "Bierjunge" in the evening. They have fucking dedicated "Pabstkeller" that have tiles up to the walls for excessive drinking and pabsting. It's borderline disgusting.

Just to be fair there are quite a lot of advantages as well, you get to live in a huge, beautiful old mansion for ridiculously low prices, most have staff at the bar or a cook, you get access to the seniors at regular meetups who were previously in the Burschenschaft and have good jobs in the industry and can hook you up with an internship or a job easily, they only accept men, and most only accept Christian men, basically you'll rarely ever find non-germans in a Verbindung. And of course they practice a lot of tradition, sing WWI-era songs, follow the old rules in the fights and so forth.
