I agree with you in some sense, anon. Men are the active gender physically. Women are the passive gender physically. However, this is meant to be more abstract, emotional, and metaphysical what I am laying out. It is for those who are interested in psychological sublimation and not just fetishes. I have something close to the same fantasy, except a caste system for men: worm/slug/insect, pig, dog, etc. up to actual slave. Nope. It would be avoided because it would be based more on families and households instead of impersonal and communal sorting into classes.
A male child of a family would still be loved by his family, he would just be expected to know that his duty is to serve, grow up learning how to keep himself look appealing, do all the work around the house and family business and always defer to his mother's and sisters' decisions. Upon sexual maturity, his mother will try to find a suitable mistress for him, whose household he will similarly serve for the rest of his life, with the addition of sexual services. His primary responsibility would still be to the mistress he was sold to in a sort of monogamous marriage where of he would still be a loved member of his mistress' household, but would still know his place in relation to them.
Of course, not all women are going to be amazingly beautiful goddesses just like all slaves aren't going to be Chads. So you will still have good mistress/slave relationships between average women and men and love between them. And an average dominant woman won't be able to make a slave of another household submit to her just because she is a woman. In a communally sorted class system, where all women can simply pick who to use, Chad slaves will simply be time-shared by the women and the rest will be a faceless labour class that will probably never even serve a woman except in an abstract sense of service to a society that is run by women.

I see where you are coming from, and to me it sounds like past matriarchal societies that had arranged marriages. Where is my incentive to blindly serve the mistress my mother picked for me? I choose whom I serve, and I choose only She who is Worthy of Worship, She can of course decline my offer to be owned, which means I must find another, or accept that I will live in the highest caste I'm able to achieve through my own initiative. It doesn't mean I'll have no contact with women (because each Caste has a Supreme Diva and a hierarchy of other Mistresses and Key holders) but I don't have to worry if my mother can't find me a suitable mistress.

Please. Society ran well enough for millennia with strong families and clans on this model, just with the sexes reversed. If anything, these days family relationships are a mess. The size of the family reduced so rapidly so as to make single parent families even more common than nuclear ones now.
A good dominant mother would know what kind of structure her son would need in his life and would help to find a mistress/household that would be able to give him that. People used to trust their elders in these matters before boomers came along.
Of course, everything won't be perfect and idyllic, but it would certainly be a hell of a lot better than a dog-eat-dog competition at every stage of one's life.

How do you all worship women in your day to day life?
I’m not that sociable (although I get along with women better than men to the point that they like to mother me), so I mostly admire them from afar while silently acknowledging them as my superiors.
