I mean Im not a tulpa fag but I did some research on it for a paper. Not alot of research into it but what I can find all really cant describe the brain activity being displayed. I made a real tulpa before. (Imagining it being in the room, talking, touching) Creating a personality and stuff. Anyway I didn't care about that for years. It's fun to train your creativity like that if you're lonely or bored.
I think I made a semi-tulpa now, it's completely based on a real person (youtuber) though, but I imagined a dominant side of her and now worship her as my goddess. In real life she's just nice and seems kind of submissive if anything, so it's just a dominant side of her I imagine.

I was interested in this tulpa shit to see if it was just a bunch of loonies or larpers. I'm a pretty cynical guy so I felt I could put a sort of real analysis of it.
The ' experiment ' was about 7 months long and I only looked at the how to make a tulpa stuff. I wanted no one else to sway the expience with their anecdotes. It was semi successful. I could best describe it as a sort of psuedo self induced schizophrenia. From my expience it never acted as independent as others described. Maybe alot more time and placebo is required for those results but after 7 months I quit it.
There is something to it I'd say but exactly how far it goes is hard to tell.
