Discord is cursed. I've roleplayed for fifteen years, ERP'd for ten, and used Discord for, like, three, and absolutely zero discord RPs last past setup. I had one person say they'd read my intro - which I spent all morning typing - before, then block me instantly.Any RP that starts elsewhere dies there. i actually have a very good reason for this and it's the fact that most people on discord are fine with slower paced roleplay and don't expect you to pump out like five posts an hour; if you look for partners in servers that aren't STRICTLY focused on erp you can find some that are extremely extremely good, and honestly i've gotten better play there in a couple cases than i ever have on f-list

Out of 500 people that play there at a given time (the total player number is probably higher), there are a lot for sure. I've played with several and quality-wise it's 10/10. Other thing is it might be tricky to actually catch them online, but I think it can't be helped regardless of the platform - people will come when they will.
