Since they were playing a yandere, we could have done some nonsexual reverse corruption thing were I either played her father or school counselor trying to make her not be a psychopath. That would have made some good philosophical RP, if the other player was willing to go along with it. If I wanted to play to her yandere personality, we could have done some kind of dumb or cool thing were they become a teenage assassin and I give them a pat on the head when they do a good job. Those are what I can think of at the top of my head. We could have done some kind of dark comedy were they capture boys they like and I play an aloof father. Those are what I can think of at the moment.

That would depend on the female character. For example, let's say you had a teenage girl that wanted to work in business when she gets older. An older male character could take her in as an apprentice and/or be her role model. Together they could navigate the ruthless world of business, doing things like making the big time deals and having to deal with shady business practices. If it's a boy her age, they could both be apprentices to a person in business.

"Well he told me it's more important that…" vs "No, he said to do what I say if…"

That adds some tasty conflict. Imagine a scenario where the adult gives the teenagers a basic assignment where the teenagers have to make a deal with a small company for manufacturing things. What if the apprentice discovered some kind of information, such as making a deal with the business would be a bad thing to do, but the son/daughter was told to go through with the deal? What if the son/daughter follows the advice of the apprentice, saving their parent's company from a disaster, and then takes all the credit for themselves or both the apprentice and the son/daughter share the credit?
