I've been playing a little on an adult MUSH lately, and I get a lot of kicks out of the fertility system.
It tracks fertility/potency stats, as well as monthly risk, even lets you track pregnancies if you like.

The two big adult MUSHes are Shangrila and Penultimate Destination. Typically, there's a IC "grid" which people can socialize or play in (or indeed, modify and add to), and an OOC area for idlers. If you're not familiar with the concept of a MUSH at all, I guess the best layman's description would be a text-based Second Life?
Shangrila is older, somewhat busier and has a gigantic, detailed grid, PD has laxer rules about characters/alts and stuff like the fertility system. PD also seems to have more canons and such, whereas Shang has more OCs as a rule.
The nice thing about using adult MUSHes is that the average person is going to be a lot more competent than, say, the average F-List resident. So IC approaches are better and more natural, which I like. Less furry/anthro stuff to filter through too, if that's not your bag. The main attraction for me is definitely the fertility system, though.
I guess this is a really old reply, huh. But I'm getting back into ERP lately, so whatever.
