Not defending furries, but if you think sexual attraction towards animals is weird / out of the ordinary, you should brush up on your history / mythology.
I think animal and anthropomorphic characters can be really fun to play with, and especially make and think over. Animals are a great source of inspiration and symbolism, and I think mixing them with human features can give interesting results (not to mention pretty hot ones). It's like the centaur lady who gets a bit depressed every time she remembers missionary is not an option, or the bunny girl who's constantly in heat; might sound like basic bitch stuff, but those little quirks which are directly derived from the character's physiology / symbolic meanings really make my dick diamonds.
I think it's beyond retarded that some places ban pictures of anthropomorphic animals, what we have now is literally no different than the harpies, mermaids, werewolves, centaurs, etc. of old, except back then not everyone had a tablet, so there was less variety.

I've actually had good roleplay with footfaggotry, speaking as someone not into it myself. My character was barefoot and I allowed the rp to focus on that occasionally and made sure to throw in references like "her tender feet press into the sand" or "she shivers, the floor tiles cold against her bare feet" and so on.
