I always want more cyborgs and mechanically-minded types. Well, anything that's not Pure human or a fantasy trope transplanted (cough space elves) I thought making my character a fucktoy test subject would of helped, but it has not.
I'd also settle for the more /comfy/ cyberpunk themes. I want to fuck in the back of a car with the rain outside and synth blasting and everything drenched in neon and sepia

On the other hand the problem might be me. My character shows up on /erp/ often enough for people to be passing familiar when my f-list usage spikes. The character is heavily linked to a half-baked homebrew I use to try and keep things a little consistent rather then dealing with space and more sci-fi themes. I like the dystopia, the steel jungle that alternates between steaming hell and soul-grinding cold in near-constant rain. I love the idea that you might spend 20 years on the road and never cross the same space twice.
I want to fuck an uncanny valley meatspace A.I that wanted to be human and paid for vat-grown flesh
I want to mindfuck a female pontius glaw. A mind copied over to a digital realm. Human only in the sense that she started as flesh
I want to plug Into another combat-frame cyborg and void all kinds of warranties
I want to make out with the doctor/technician whose wrist-deep in my character's augments. To have my character orgasm while hooked up to all kinds of shit
I'd even enjoy fucking stock mostly-humans in neon-soaked clubs
Maybe I need to tweak again. God knows the bitching thread seems to think its a mess

My cyberpunk/dystopia/dark sci fi character has only ever had one scene. They were furry. Someone approached me on it literally today, and I said no basically because they were furry (though also because their profile was mediocre at best).
Anyone else have this problem? I don't have it at all on my modern or fantasy setting characters.

Science fiction is the redheaded middle child of settings and cyberpunk, being a subset of that makes it even harder to find. My best scenes have been with stock shemales who treat the setting as window dressing or a whole space opera..thing. We're at the point where I just default to my main fetishes. Yeah the line between those genres I mentioned is pretty blurred. I even play my modern characters in 'near future' settings sometimes. And sometimes fantasy has some pretty enviable shit going on.
The main thing I take from cyberpunk is that it's science fiction, but it's focuses specifically on the high tech/low quality of life divide. There are some other things specific to the setting (urban forests, transhumanism, etc) but mostly it's about how technology has advanced very far but all it's done is make corporations super powerful and everyone else incredibly poor.

At the moment I'm usually only available until about this time and the preceding 6-7 hours today and yesterday each week. An entire planet that is just one large city. Layer upon layer upon layer of metal and concrete stacked on top of each other cut off from everything outside the atmosphere. Most people don't know what a real sky looks like, most people think that "sky" means that digital graphic that is used in certain richer parts of the city to simulate a big open space above but don't really know how it came to be. most people don't believe or are incapable of comprehending anything outside their city and they think it's just endless, going on forever. It's literally impossible for a single man to explore the entire thing in a single lifetime, or even three. It's a world where everything is artificial from the environments to the food. The planet is a claustrophobic scifi horror. The character, Jett, is a Bouncer, essentially a cloned soldier whose only existence is to die for his employer, but he doesn't die easily.
Essentially Judge Dredd meets the North Korean equivalent of Trantor. I try to expand the world whenever I think of stuff though. If anyone wants to hit me up I'm open.

Blend Blade Runner, X-Men, and a copious amount of Carpenter Brut and you basically have the setting I'm aiming for with this guy.
Amazingly, this is the only character I have that I like to DM for in terms of character interaction. I love the gritty neon and dark alleyways in a nice cyberpunk setting, and Ink is my analogue into that world. If you like vigilante justice, corporations experimenting on the masses that they already own, and fighting back against an ingrained institution that's necessary in the long run, then I welcome you to Limit City.

There is no problem with that in particular. I actually encourage this, and if we get more people interested in the system, that's great, because it makes it easier for me to find players.
I'm just incredibly fatalistic, and I left some things out. Like how most of the character pitches I saw used screenshots from said trailer for their "character art." I'm not worried about people coming to the system so much as I'm worried about a tidal wave of blandness inundating a game and genre that is at its core (to me at least), intensely individualistic.
