Operation Mindfuck
Culture Jamming

Fellow cabbages,
I ran across a thread on Toynbee tiles ( >>>pol/1338582 https://archive.today/Hwvrx ) and immediately thought of Our Glorious Eris.

Since we don't already have an Operation Mindfuck thread, I figured I would make one.
Please discuss thoughts, initiatives, ideas, or anything else.

Say I have access to an engraver for signage, what potential uses could this have? People believe signs. They are official. I wouldn't mind tampering with people's perceptions of reality.

I was thinking something like a "hand scanner" and something like Place right hand here to exit simulation. To remain inside, do nothing. But I'd rather have better wording than that.

I'd also like to think of some that suggest a conspiracy. Citizen: You are hereby notified of your selection as a subject. Do not disclose this to anyone. Your participation is necessary for victory. Continue your regular activities. Your country thanks you.
If anyone has better ideas, I'd love to hear them. And if anyone would like to place any signs in their area, I will happily make and send them.

1. Take some cards from apples to apples
2. Write up a note that says something along the lines of "Congratulations! You found clue number 5!"
3. Hide the note and the card somewhere where someone will find it
4. If you really want to mess with the cabbages, include a dollar bill and imply that the next clue will have more money with it
5. Relax and post on /eris/

How will cabbages know it's not some random scavenger hunt meant for someone else?

Write the note in a nonspecific manner, as if you didn't know who would be reading it.

Some other ideas:
-full scavenger hunt, with a copy of the principia discordia at the end. Just make sure it's fairly convoluted so that only people with a spark of curiosity will follow it through to the end.
-if you're underaged and still in high school like I am, you can type random memebombs into the graphing calculators just before class ends.

My newborn niece, named Eris, says HI!

>pic related

Already getting started on her own Operation Mindfuck! The nurses call her Tiny Mighty!

Maybe She'll bring my brother around to the Goddess! What's really hilarious is that I talked his wife and him into naming their daughter Eris! They are hard-core Christians, but they thought it was a nice name.

Anyway, as far as family goes, my 15 yr old daughter likes turn cabbages into sauerkraut as much as I do! She was perusing principiadiscordia.com last night, reading memebombs, and she came up with a great idea for her Health class today! Her Health teacher uses one of those screens up front that she can post stuff from her phone, and students can post their thoughts from their phones, and it goes up on the screen. It's the only class where kids can use phones. First day of school some boy on the class posted, "I am secretly in love with my Health teacher". The teacher went around to everyone with a phone until she found the boy, then she humiliated him and warned the class to "Keep things serious."

My daughter doesn't have a phone, and she always acts very serious in class, so she will never be suspected of what she plans today!

She plans on posting the following two quotes on the screen, then hiding the phone (It's a burner I let her borrow):

"IN FIVE YEARS TIME YOU WILL BE DEAD, AND A STRANGER WITH YOUR MEMORIES WILL INHABIT YOUR BODY. DON'T WORRY, IN TEN YEARS THEY'LL BE DEAD TOO!"

>teacher will be looking around. So will everyone. She'll have to post the next one surreptitiously:

"WE SHOULD BE MORE SERIOUS ABOUT NOT TAKING SERIOUSNESS SERIOUSLY"

>phone quietly zipped in pocket of purse. Hilarity ensues.

She chose her own mode of action and her own quotes. She had an idea for Operation Mindfuck and she just did it!

>it's the little things we do.

We need to do more.

It's hard to keep up with these kids nowadays, but we can do it! Even cultivating good cabbages in this garden of delights can be a part of Operation Mindfuck.

I may not be thought of as young anymore, but I'm sure as hell young enough to know what gets old!

Lil' mishap in her memetic shenanigans was that she used already existing quotes rather than her own, if she created her own, she'd be exploring the magical concept of "thinking for herself"
