الفيلم عبارة عن جزء من حياة شاب بينعزل عن المجتمع وبيبطل يتفاعل مع البشر وبيقضي ايامه في روتين متجرد. مفيش حوار في الفيلم، مفيش حبكة، مفيش قصة مفيش حاجة بتحصل. في صوت راوية بتتكلم عن الشخصية بصيغة المخاطب، وده هيخليك بنسبة كبيرة تحس الفيلم في بعض الأحيان بيتكلم عنك مش عن شخصية الشاب في الفيلم.
ثيم الفيلم: تأمل فلسفي عن العزلة والزمن واللامبالاة.

اقترح كتاب The Young Hitler I Knew أو هتلر الشاب كما عرفته. كتبه صديق طفولة هتلر اوجست كوبيتزك، بيحكي عن صداقته بهتلر في مرحلة الطفولة والشباب قبل نشاطه السياسي، لما كان لسة عنده طموحات فنية وموسيقية. الكتاب مختلف عن معظم السير الذاتية عن حياته هتلر في حتة إنه بيرسم صورة من منظور شخص قريب منه على انه شخص عاطفي وحساس ومندفع وصاحب نظرة مثالية عن الفن والثقافة الألمانية. هتلر اقنع عيلة صديقه كوبيتزك انه يدخل الجامعة ويدرس موسيقى، وبعدها هتلر نفسه ماتقبلش في الجامعة. صديقه اتقطعت صلته بيه لفترة طويلة بس فضل متابعه من الجرايد والأخبار لحد ما قابله تاني لما بعتله جواب يهنية لما وصل للحكم. في فترة نهاية الرايخ التالت لما معارضة هتلر بدأت تزيد جوا وبرا ألمانيا، وبرغم ان كوبيتزك كان شخص ملوش في السياسة، أيد صديقه الوحيد بانضمامه للحزب النازي.
الترجمة في بيك ريليتد بالانجليزي بس النسخة دي مترجمها يهودي مدلس شرموط وشايل منها اجزاء، زي مثلاً في اخر الكتاب كوبيتزك كتب لما قوات الامريكان قبضت عليه وبدأت تحقق معاه، الجزء ده متشال:
في البداية، كثيراً ما تم استجوابي، أولاً في إيفردينج، ثم في جموندن. وكانت كل هذه الاستجوابات تدور حول نفس السياق.
—هل أنت صديق لأدولف هتلر؟
—نعم.
—منذ متى؟

—ماذا تعني بذلك؟ في ذلك الوقت لم يكن شخصاً يُذكر.
—ومع ذلك، كنت صديقه.

دمك خفيف نيك يا انون، لا والمبهر اكتر انك عارف تكون جملة. هتلر اقنع عيلة صديقه، وبالتحديد أبوه، لأنه من سن صغير كان بيعرف يأثر على الناس حتى قبل ما يبقى شخصية عامة، وكان بيعرف يستخدم الحماس والعاطفة واللثقة بالنفس كسلاح للإقناع، خصوصاً إن الراجل أبو صديقه كان شخص محافظ وصارم.
كل ما اكتب حاجة على البورد ابن الاحبة ده الاقي شخص بضين زيك يرد رد ابن متناكة يخليني افضل مافتحش البورد شهور.
