I was looking for a story called "The Irony of Pretending" a while ago and the only version I could find online was severely shortened and the link to the full version led to a locked Blogspot (actually seems to be completely gone now). After a bit of digging through archive.is using wildcards I managed to find the full version of the story that someone had thankfully gotten a snapshot for.

working on the next Maple Avenue story and i just realized something:
years of writing regular "vanilla" stories means that i had to learn how to outgrow the "female character written by man" writing style that focuses way too much on a female character's anatomy rather than their character traits
this isn't me being an SJW soyboy cuck, i just find that kind of writing to be immersion breaking, especially if it's not supposed to be about sex and yet the author finds a way to make it about the leading lady's bosom anyways
and now that i'm writing a pastiche of lowbrow pulp fiction stories set from a patriarchal parallel version of the 50's, i've had to try and re-learn that writing style to sound more authentic. so far, i've made it so that the very first sentence describes the sexy Soviet spy walking into Moscow Centre in a way that makes her breasts dance, followed by an anatomically inaccurate description of how her "overly developed" bladder and bowel muscles have made her unable to question Soviet brainwashing
and to assuage the five people who care (knowing 8kun there's probably some people who think these stories are what society should be like): in all of these scenarios, i want to be the girl.

Well shit, I'm the one who initially suggested the diaper messing contest as sporting event idea and I'd still like to see that get pulled off really well by a writer at some point.
Other than that I like stories where there's some sort of globalization aspect or something that makes women (and/or men) wearing diapers out to be normal.
I also have a few wackier ideas, but one that's a little more normal that I've toyed around with doing in the past is having a story where the premise is that there's this super wealthy family that has an incredibly spoiled daughter Veruca Salt style. And since she's so spoiled her parents could never bring themselves to potty train her.
So she goes around getting indulged in whatever she wants, but she's also constantly trailed by a maid or a team of maids that are there to attend her whenever she has accidents in her diapers in public.
It would also always be really loud and obnoxious whenever she does so, as she doesn't care or feel embarassed about any of the normal people around her, so even if she's in a crowded store or something she immediately starts crying and yelling about needing a diaper change.

This is a super longshot but I remember a story I read when I was first getting into this that I liked, but have never been able to find again. Here's what little I remember: it was starring a high school aged girl, written in first person, and she's lying in her backyard in just a diaper (possibly wearing multiple cloth diapers) when her dad (or stepdad) comes home from work early with a friend and catches her. He lets her stay in a diaper but makes her put a shirt on. She keeps wearing/wetting herself and bringing the guys beers, slipping away to masturbate, etc. Eventually, her drunk dad starts rubbing her diaper while she soaks it and the friend watching (which naturally gets her off). Not sure if anyone can help me with this, but I'm trying to find an old age regression story I liked when I first got this fetish.
Its about a kid who for whatever reason gets adopted by his aunt/foster/whatever. She tells him that she wants him to be a baby again, so she gives him a pill that slowely regresses him over the course of a few days. The only highlights I can remember were that before he was small enough to fit into baby diapers, he would just go in his pants, and that when he was small enough got put into Luvs diapers. So way back in the early days of the abdl community online I came across a story website called bigbaby.org and care4baby.org. I remember the site's layout looked like it hadn't changed since 1997. It's been so long since I last saw it, I just remember alot of pedo and underage shit in it. But there was an occasional diamond in the rough. Somebody else besides me has to remember that site.

Sounds like one of baby-niki's stories, titled "A High-chair Incident". Sadly, she deleted her blogspot account.
It starts with a girl and her friend. The girl babysat her niece earlier and has baby stuff laying around her apartment. Her friend jokingly says she could fit in the high chair before she leaves. Once alone, the girl becomes curious to know if she could really fit in the high chair and decides to give it a try. She gets stuck in it and eventually has to pee. Unable to get out of the high chair, she reaches for pull-ups and diapers, hoping either can contain her accident. She tries the pull-ups first, but can't get them up farther than her knees, so she tapes herself into a diaper. When she pees herself, the diaper leaks. Later she has to poop and messes the diaper before finally finding a way out of the high chair, cleaning herself up and telling her adventure to her friend when she returns.
