By finding someone else's picture that hasn't been edited, and doing so to the best of your ability. Or even find a picture from your own stock or online that you think would look good with a diaper, and add it in. Paint.net is a good thing to start with, but there may be other programs for editing pictures that may be better.

I learned to do edits myself. Because I wanted to get edits of pictures that I liked. I learned photo shop, how to use stylus and everything because I had an interest,
I just happened to start to share them here.
I got about 100 pictures done, and I keep getting better because I keep doing them and learning more.
Guess what… You can do the same. This doesn't require artistic talent.
