I realize that while existence is a nigger, life doesn’t have to be. We’re ultimately nothing but hormonal animals and so our happiness is dictated by some very simple biological processes. All we need to do to for happiness is bribe our reward centers by doing the things biology demands of us: work out, spend time in the sun, be social, have kids, etc. Of course, that won’t give life meaning or will magically relieve you of all your suffering, but it will make all your problems seem like they just matter less.

i don't care so much for rave or politics and much of the musical and esthetic taste here differ from mine. however to an outside normie eye i guess both mine and theirs would look equally weird and autistic.
i also almost went bloomer but couldn't get my mind right
things were kind of looking up for me for awhile. i got finally got a new job that didn't involve reheating chicken nuggets, met a virgin 18 y/o straight out of high school so we talked quite a bit and got to second base. as soon as things looked up i just wanted to go crazy. i almost got locked up again. i started hating my job and treating her badly. i found out she had given head a few times to an old boyfriend and it pissed me off to no end but with past relationships that kinda shit would never have bothered me, and with just that on her carfax how can i be mad? most chicks have been run through a dozen times by middle school. maybe it's because i almost fetishised her innocence.

Zero plans for the future, zero friends, lack of hope in the tomorrow while being absolutelly sure that it's only downhill from here. The external stuff is in here as well, like enjoying nightwalks, exchanging night for day, and never have banged anyone outside of prostitutes, paying or not paying.

I don't drink or smoke anymore, I practive exercises constantly martial arts, and I care about what I eat. It may sound stupid, but I don't want to be on a position where people feel pity when looking at me, this hurts me on a deep level, so at least in one regard of my life I should make stuff "work".

1. Most of it, Hopelessness, Drinking, Feeling Alone. Society is fucked to it's core and it's always been this bad. I'm very, very passive in life. I don't schedule my own appointments, file my taxes, or send in my own resume. My parents do all that for me. I'd love to drive away from all of this. But I'll never get the courage and I know what I'll find will be the exact same. The nature of human relationships, government taxes and regulations, and people choosing rhetoric before either feelings or logic are all pervasive. I know I can't escape it.
2. I'm not as lonely as I used to be and don't really get social anxiety as much. More often than not I do what scares me in social situations but I regret it. I used to go out with a small group of five maybe once a week but it's been slowing down lately. I haven't hung out with either of my friend groups in a while, but I'm known for checking up on people every couple of weeks and making spontaneous plans. For the first maybe 17 years of my life I'd only go out with high school friends maybe 1-2 times a year. So believe me when I say I do appreicate what I got now.
I won't say I have much of a work ethic. My house is a mess and I never studied, but when I get in the swing of things I did really like my last job. I even liked helping the customers and the physical labor.
