Hmm, not a bad CYOA, but the points system seems a bit… random. If you just want a moderately sucky 'job' and a few cool things it's hard to make it work.
For example I want to take Sex (solo) for the succubus waifu, comfort for a sweet house, and Television, just a nice comfy home life full of snuggling and fucking and walks along the lava pits or whatever. 220pts, I'd like to take slavery for 8 hours, but that's only 200pts… so I either have to take 8 hours of torture (could add food+art or books, but have to live with PTSD/flashbacks), or work 12+ hours at which point I either become addicted to coffee with the extra points, or have very little time to enjoy the stuff I get from the extra points :(
So yeah, a little more granularity with the points would be nice…

You can get all of those things for 180 points with escape. With escape you could create a TV and a house. You could summon a waifu. I agree with what you're saying though. If escape costs 180 points and gives you the benefits of those three perks and more, then those three perks should cost much less than escape.
Balance-wise I think a part timer should get basic comforts and the succubus waifu. That would be the comfy path. Full timers should be able to get the basics plus some kind of additional perk like mind, body, or soul. Slaves should be able to afford mind, body, and soul. Escape is so good that only those who suffer full time torture should be able to afford it.

By full time here do you mean 8 hours or 24? Because if you're tortured 120 hours straight (which includes inability to sleep while you still have to) to only have two days of rest before next session, you won't be able to enjoy anything whatsoever.
The choice of work/slavery/torture is there to get more free time at the cost of more unpleasant work instead of the goodies, not to force you in PTSD coma for the weekend while you get a bunch of goodies you can't use in this state.

So, I have 20 points left over, but I have all the best options. I guess I could see picking torture. It has the benefit of having no real lasting effects. My build is too mentally resilient to be affected. They could flay my skin and wrap my penis around a flaming pole without severing my nerves, and it won't matter. I'll be so high on drugs I won't feel any of the lasting effects. But, it doesn't matter because I don't need it anyways.
Thanks to the coffee, I have 48 hours to do anything I want, and I have only productive activities to do, so I am practically guaranteed efficiency.
In my spare time, I will abandon my natural human form for the most deadly and productive one I can create. I will study the books until I learn demon magic. I will take steroids, lsd, etc… I will develop myself into a perfect lifeform, and as most demons are cruel and selfish, I will easily be the strongest demon. The mind option alone makes you smarter than most of them. In my actual work time, I suppose I will work on getting promoted. I absolutely and completely plan to revolt/kill everyone in hell though.
I just want to point out how easy my stay in hell will be. Soul means I basically never get bored, and drugs means that I can just sail through life shitfaced anyways. I'll do my mind-numbing work on copious amounts of lsd, meth, whatever! Maybe all of it!
