Choosing none of them is kind of tempting in its own way, because this murderous cupid belongs behind bars, but I want my waifu. Although personality-wise I tend to go with yanderes like VII, this time the yandere is so outclassed by her competition that I just can't take her.

Anyway, comes down to Mika and Midori. While Miki offers the more exciting and fantastical stuff, and is cute in her own way, Midori sounds like she'd be a real freak in the sack, so yeah Mika may offer more, but Midori sounds like too much fun :D Plus I get to be younger again, and live in Japan… I assume since we'd be taking the place of most of the dead us, that we'd gain some of their memories of their reality to fit in better? Otherwise I'd really stick out in a japanese school :p

I'm not usually that into yanderes, but I think I'm actually going to go with Vii, pronounced as Vee but spelled with ii regardless because that's the kind of thing I'd do (Vi was pronounced with a long I sound, like the League of Legends character, V was called Ven (Short for Vendetta, even though I've never actually seen the movie)). On occasion I will do or say something that reminds her that she's a robot, and then follow it up by saying that I wouldn't have it any other way. I love science and by extension her. If I had the technology to create her, I may be able to work with her to find a way to expand my own life. Possibly do some transhumanism shit and gain a kickass robot body of my own. I just wish my alternate self hadn't fucked up the color scheme. It's supposed to be gold metal with white accents and black hair, not gold with black accents and white hair. Maybe I can fix that.
…would activating earlier models or developing future ones get me killed? Worst case scenario I could probably develop case mods and update programming for Vii… though getting her to trust me to temporarily shut her down for the updates could be difficult, given her origin story

Heh. Anyway, looking at the choices, probably Rose, Taylor, or Mika in no particular order.
Rose seems like she'd be fun if you didn't mind playing along and she behaved herself, which it sounds like she knows how to do. Midori is 2nympho4me. Taylor seems pretty chill as a friend or otherwise, would probably hang out with. Mika sounds pretty cute in general, and I am sorry to hear about her fluffy tail. Franky deserves happiness, I hope she finds some (those girls having pity dates/relationships with people is a good thing, I ain't doing the same thing to a sweet, innocent abomination). I honestly feel bad that "Vee" had to go through what she did and that she wasn't programmed with anything else in there so she could have a semblance of... whatever could pass for a somewhat-normal existence for someone like her. She's clearly sapient and should be allowed to branch out a bit. Pygmalion + technology is a bitch.
