The weapons are both expensive and overkill. The fact is that a crowbar is enough to kill a zombie and the most effective equipment in preventing zombie mortalities is not limited ammo ranged weapons that make incredible noise, require training to use properly, and do nothing to save you if a zombie manages to sneak up on you (which they can somehow do in most zombie media). The most important gear in zombie-hunting is armor. This means we want the rooftop house or the shopping mall, because both are nearby sporting goods stores where we can stock up on hockey and football pads. Since the main threat posed by zombies is getting hemmed in by a horde, the shopping mall may actually be safer in that it presents a multitude of exits. One way in means one way out and zombie numbers will very likely outlast both ammo and my ability to physically hack through zombies. Even in properly bite-proofed armor, if I've fallen to the ground in exhaustion with zombies swarming over me they will eventually find some exposed skin.
For our vehicle we want the humvee or nothing at all. Noise is only worthwhile if it comes with armor, carrying capacity, and a guarantee of longterm use.
So with the humvee, crowbar, and shopping mall I can either go with the twins, take laptop because web access, even if unreliable, is going to be key to learning longterm survival skills before food runs out, and then nightvision goggles because fuck, I may as well put those last two points somewhere. Going with the scout to maximize survival odds, still want the laptop in case we encounter a survival situation the scout can't train me on, but with spare points we should definitely take the first aid kit. Sink remaining three points into binoculars and night vision.
I think I'd go with the twins build of twins/humvee/laptop/night vision, just because at least that way I actually get something out of the whole apocalypse mess. In any case, the binoculars and first aid kit can probably be scavenged.

Picking powers: C. C easily. While A comes with a neat power, it also comes with an ethically unsound means of maintenance. B doesn't seem to have a single really good selling point on it. Incredible physical power is great, but compared to what's being offered by the others it's nothing. Even if we assume Terminator-like comes with being conditionally immortal (like the other two), grants immunity to disease, and incredible resilience (which is not explicitly stated but which are reasonable extrapolations of Terminator-like), it's still inferior to C.
With C, you're going to have to be careful with your buds because #1 they have no ID, no birth certificate, etc. etc., #2 they aren't drones so you can't use them as Zerglings, and #3 their DNA is completely identical to yours (with the exception of a trivially small number of mutations) so if your DNA ever ends up in the system, you will take the rap for anything your buds do. Likewise if your buds' DNA ever ends up in the system, people will notice even if they can't attach them to a name.
Even so, you can create buds whose lives are dedicated to finding out how to fabricate new identities, and once these bold pioneers have locked that down your future buds will have fake birth certificates and photo IDs and you will have both an extended lifespan (I won't call it immortality because odds are excellent that sooner or later you will fail to live to 71) and a greater legacy than any human being has ever had. A clone family.
I am nervous about navigating the ethical quandaries of creating an intentionally dim servant class to serve a smarter aristocratic class of buds. And there's the possibility that these smarter buds will kill me out of envy because I get to live forever while they only get about thirty years. Tricky questions to answer, but the possibilities intrigue me in a way B does not, and while ethical quandaries abound, it still seems like safer waters than A.

I feel like the Youth option throws this one off, especially combined with Experiment and/or Time Warp. The main things you gotta grapple with are boredom and aging. Here you can negate the penalties of one but still use it to pay for the other.

Alien Prison Cell: Maximum Pervert Edition
For convenience, instead of changing my room into some prison, just have the aliens put a lock on my bedroom door. It already has a toilet and shower and running water, so that makes things easier.

I am set to being in the room for 38 years, but I will not need to worry about not having enough time for anything thanks to not aging.
My food situation is pretty good. I've got 2 fresh loaves of bread each day, in addition to a fully stocked kitchen, a fast food menu that is basically delivery, and a drink machine that should serve me anything that isn't alcoholic or a milkshake. I'd probably sharpen my minimal cooking and baking skills over the years, especially when I have a craving for something that Fast Food doesn't make available.
My health would be decidedly well taken care of with regular check ups and treatments if anything goes wrong, and multivitamins to cover the bases that my shitty diet will miss. I've even got toiletries and a shower to keep myself clean.
For entertainment, I am just going to say that taking Vidya alongside the Computer makes it so that the Computer can be used for Vidya, and that Vidya covers subscription fees for games. Between multiplayer video games and the internet, I would not need for much social interaction, although I would probably much more social online without regular human contact in other spaces. I'd mostly use the TV to play music, but I would occasionally use its movie function if there was something that I wanted to watch. If I find myself in a fey mood, I'll make use of the art supplies.
As for the Personal Improvement category, Youth will make it so that I could potentially spend eternity doing shit, Smart would mostly be for my personal edification, and Virtuoso is so that I can finally find the dedication and passion to create all the content I want to. Bonus Testing seems like it would be horrible to experience, but it would quickly be forgotten.
The final category is mostly to support myself should I ever decide to leave, and to keep me company during my captivity. The extra years are just to pay for everything, but I should have plenty to do to keep me sane. I am assuming that my two starting kittens will cause my room to become upgraded with all kinds of toys and play spaces, as well as automagic feeders and catboxes.
My activities during my captivity will fall into 2 categories: Productive and Unproductive. My unproductive time will be spent playing video games, surfing the web, and playing and cuddling with my kittens. My productive time will be heavily split between the dozens of projects I will have going at a time, usually working on my artistic abilities, learning new recipes, or progressing the Smart of Virtuoso options. When I finish Virtuoso, or hit the current ceiling of Smart, I'll pour energies into creating games. Smart to help create satisfyingly crunchy mechanics, optimize the shit out of the games, and to create tools that I need but can't get. Virtuoso will help me with narratives, art, and anything else that isn't covered by Smart. In the end, I would hope to create amazing, but niche, games that could run on most machines, and then release them for free online for people to enjoy. Beyond that, I would get spending money through porn commissions and donations.
