Pretty much lost me at "Into what sort of world were you born?" Simply by putting that into past tense, the writer has eliminated the possibility of this being a CYOA about me. Instead, it's about some RPG character (he at least described it properly) who isn't me at all. Given that there's no lewd RPG I can play with this character, there's no point in creating it in the first place. How am I supposed to benefit from imagining lewds happening to somebody else? Self insert man, that's where the action is.
If it said "Into what sort of world will you be born?", and then worked it into the concept/introduction that you were being reborn into some world with all this shit retroactively, it would probably be good. I'm not really going to bother reading further to find out what else needs fixing though.

I agree with this sentiment, but thankfully I don't seem to feel it as intensely as you. It is better when the author writes that you are going to become something or do something cool, not that it's some new instance of you entirely and therefore not a continuation of the current (admittedly terrible) existence you're living. I like this CYOA though. In terms of sexual fetishism it's accurate to my interests to a high degree, unlike most that get posted here.
