The descriptions could use a tiny bit more work imo. Most of them don't clarify if the ability works while cloaked or in general, and a lot of the abilities only work if you can be noticed (like Calling Card and Happy Ending) which feels odd. Also Targeted doesn't have a price on it, I'm not sure if that's on purpose or not.
The point economy feels a little too forgiving too. I got all the powers I wanted (13) and didn't have to take any drawbacks. More drawbacks would also be nice.
