Small mountain valley kingdom that resembles closely a modern welfare state, except instead of being powered by infinite debt, it's powered by funky forbidden magic the current Queen Regnant wrought during her first and only pregnancy. The resulting child is a conduit of all sorts of mystical forces, which have brought unforeseen prosperity to the mountaneous snownigger kingdom, but unfortunately the resulting Crown Princess had a few screws loose. Something about getting a soul from another dimension and being an eldritch horror. The Queen does her best to keep her uppity bitch of a spawn in check, but being a bloodsucking deviant herself, she's doing a poor job at it.
Otherwise unremarkable from outside point of view, for such a small realm, the kingdom has uncharacteristically high influence in the regional international politics and economy, as its central but secluded location and secretive populace, not to mention the freaky night sky (which definitely doesn't drive people insane), make it a popular tax haven and holiday resort for foreign nobility. Xenophobes in other countries sometimes claim visiting nobility is coerced into joining an unsavory "tentacle cult" with monetary debts and mind rape, but that sentiment is vile anti-snowelfism, which is luckily becoming increasingly illegal across the continent. (The Kingdom's Wealth (6) and the Princess' Popularity (15) are high enough to end up increasing recursively, but I'm fine with declaring them 11 and 16 respectively.)
The state's security is decent with 6 in both Order and Military. On the other hand the peons don't much care for their royalty (Approval and Purity 4), perhaps figuring out it's better not to pay attention to what happens in those mountaintop palaces. They can only hope the princess won't decide to summon Daddy Dearest to the mortal plane.

While boons and drawbacks were well present the attached values reduced them to 5 points per stat increase and 10 point per Attributte for a drawback. Taking away the focus from the fluff.

The majority of CYOAs are already like that, I don't think you need to be asking for "more".
If you don't already, I highly recommend putting your builds into a spreadsheet/google sheet. It might sound autistic and time consuming, but with a simple "Sum(B3:B)" formula you can keep track of an entire column worth of points without worrying, so it actually saves you a ton of time and effort.

The star fortress is the seat of power, so named by its appearance as a large star is the sky. It is serene, unluxurious, and only due to magic is it livable. The fortress can be used to direct the sun's energy to modify the weather, including snow melt and sunlight. It does not add much to the land's fertility, but shines even through the dark season and prevents complete freezeover in the harshest years. It has the ability to fire powerful lasers which can sometimes be seen on nights with shooting stars, or more terrifyingly in times of conflict. The star fortress has no direct power of its own, but is an amplifier for the stellar priest's power.
Due to twins being born to the royal family, the superior one was designated the political heir while the other was offered to Ashiel and became the next stellar priest.

I counted cascading additions, allowing a +1 over 10 to potentially add to more than one other stat if the one it added to was also over 10. This presents problems if they cascade back into each other, so maybe it isn't intended? Without that the stats would be:

If the star fortress power amplification rubs anyone the wrong way, think of it as this:
Solar magic. Can manipulate the power of sunlight to help the cold, make light, and shoot powerful lasers. Or maybe the sun can be made to rain burning light on a place with the right ritual or spell. Because Ashiel's blessing does far more for the land and the battle potential of solar magic is significant, it adds +1 to military. The fortress isn't needed and doesn't help. Almost the same thing, but I used the freedom magic school creation gives to make it interesting.
I try to keep this stuff to only spicing up the presentation of things to make them more interesting, but I might go too far sometimes.

For the most part, stats over 10 are meaningless. The one exception is with "bully", which does indeed allow you to have infinite blackmail points for bullying. Yes, when they loop back you do get infinite stats, but you have to buy up to 10 the hard way.
Consider the Wealth+Popularity loop. Each one spills over into the other. You must gain a minimum of 21 combined points to reach "infinite", and as I said, points over 10 are meaningless, so unless you are going for the afformentioned infinite bully points, the 21st point is actually just a wasted point you could potentially put in a more meaningful stat.
