Combining Gaming + Sports gives me <Esports>. I must now compete in video-game based competitions. Based on Sports Penance Level 3, I now need to win at least 3rd place in one major competitive videogame event per year. Unlike the Olympics, gaming events take place spread throughout the year, but there are far fewer chances to win at each event.
The gym is mostly replaced by a LAN practice area for in-person training, complete with a great coach to help you improve, as well as potential teammates, opponents and rivals to practice with. They are still "sportsmen" tier mentally (replace sport with game). Gains improvements from the gym and penance apply to videogame-related abilities (hand eye coordination/accuracy, reflexes, mental agility etc). Somehow practicing here also improves your appearance as if exercising in the sports-indulgence-3 gym (alternatively, the gym is also available for optional use)
Love of gaming features apply mostly as-is. I can still privately order any game at max quality, from which I can choose any game to specialize in competitively, though I gain no benefit for completing single player games. The delivery girl still shows up to my room as normal. No lewd with the delivery girl, but I'm free to (try to) get in the pants of any of the ~sportsmen~gamers. Rather than choose the other gamers to be all-female in a one-time purchase, I use the Battle bonus 1 to set the ratio to whatever I like, whenever I want (changing it only applies to new replacements though).

One other thing I'd try to do here on the long term is build a robowaifu.
I have access to unlimited electronic parts through custom peripherals and gaming hardware. I can probably leverage the merch for tools and other materials, especially if I first order a custom game themed around tools and construction. Most importantly, I can have custom games designed to teach me how to do this, as well as even one to provide most of the code.
However, all that might not even be necessary. Simply ordering a custom waifu-sim game with robo-waifu peripheral might do the trick. From there I only have to worry about further customization.

I definitely see where No Rest will be a strain, even with an otherwise pretty great life, but I think I'll get used to it. Sleep is a pretty decent choice in general other than not being able to take No Rest with it, but the automaton doesn't really cover what I'm going for there at all.
I'm going for a full AI that surpasses even what the Delivery Girl is capable of in terms of emotion/conversation, or at least seems to on a level that makes it impossible to tell the difference. "Does the AI really feel" is not a question I'm keen on asking as long as I can't obviously tell.

It's more long term than life. Probably thousands of years or more. The sleep bot is "an extension of your own consciousness". Literally just talking to yourself there. The delivery girl is alright, but kind of one-note and you can't fuck her.
The trick though is that I don't have to really make her. Wish for the perfect waifu sim video game with VR mode and sexbot peripheral or whatever other specifications I want, and it automatically goes well beyond whatever humanity has already created by default. Failing that, I have eternity to figure it out for myself, and I can still use the custom games for help, ranging from edutainment to learn from to open-source games to steal from to gamemakers to assist.

At Lv3 the automaton gets a "semblance of self agency", implying on the outward you could probably converse with in the same manner as you would a regular person. Furthermore, AI don't have souls. The fact it's an extension of your consciousness makes it closer to an actual person then a computer.
