Depends on what you use it on. One anon swallowed it and his whole digestive system turned into a miniaturized paperclip improvement system. Another anon used it to merge King Dakka's Sword and the Lamp and got some sort of mind-controlling projectile.

I already had the necessary pics, and I liked the idea enough to make an extra box out of it. I played every other combo by the ear just describing a cool effect.
The REAL boxes are only two, and I had the idea for them before I wrote the item descriptions.
Both of them are hinted at least once, and one was hinted two other times, explicitly but not obviously.
I'm not sure I can give more hints without just saying it outright… sorry.
