While in general they look humanoid their proportions are exaggerated neotenic. Large eyes and head, paired with small body and short limbs. Despite their size and disproportional body they are as strong and agile as an adult human. Not only that but also they hold superhuman intellect, extremely hard to damage and even if somehow they get wounded they can survive an scarily high amount of damage an healing it amazingly fast. These traits combined with their eternal youth make them seem like immortal beings to humans. Their wings, and cutesy appearance turns many people more open to them seeing them as angels.
The plan is to infiltrate society by "magically" appearing in people's lives becoming waifus/husbandos and apparently solving the issue of low birthrate that many developed countries faces while slowly replacing the human population with their species thanks to the shapeshifter skill.
Other possibilities include taking over the identity of people who killed themselves by eliminating the body and taking over their appearance. This makes them free to meet another person (also from this race in disguise) and start a family having many children.

Mermaids because I made my build then realized I had 40 more points. Electricity and echolocation aid survival underwater which might be an advantage, but will definitely be really cool. We can use legs to walk on land and later stay in mer-form and have men carry us on their backs as we lord over them, shocking them when they displease us. It'll still be more pleasant than the nagging their ancestors had to deal with.
