IQ tests are progressively being made harder over time and regularly normalized so that the average tested subject results in a score of 100. It's all about that dank standard deviation. A 200 IQ person of the past taking a modern IQ test today would score lower by a noticeable margin. What's more, it's worth noting that due to nature of a standard IQ test, an IQ score of ~280 would put you at ~1 in 10billion people, while a score of just 15 points more would put you at about 1 in eighty quadrillion people.
The 300 IQ human would be a freak of nature, the likes of which we have never seen.
