I've interacted with a few girls and women who were sexually abused from a young age and the thing I've noticed is that above all else it seems to instil a deep-seated and nigh-unremovable sense of inadequacy. Allowing him to sleep around would be both a conscious adaptation (keeps him sexually fulfilled) but also a hit of worthlessness to keep her emotional state where her confused brain wants it to be.
Cuckqueaning as healing sounds nice. I hope someone experiences it that way. Most likely if she was to heal, it would be a log process of recognising what was happening and retraining her brain to feel genuine happiness.
