My understanding is that they won't actually be deleting blogs, but rendering anything that offends their delicate sensibilities invisible to anyone but the person who posts it. So, all porn, and a whole lot of shit that isn't porn, because their bots are completely retarded. Of course, this is assuming that you trust what they say, which you shouldn't. Not that this makes much of a difference.
I can go through all the blogs I've followed and get a list of cuckquean blogs, if someone wants? It is a shame, because tumblr probably had the biggest collection of cuckquean users. And a lot of asian sluts, but that's neither here nor there.

Stuff is still up, they just put everyone's settings to safe mode and removed the ability to turn it off. If you want to archive anything still, just use the tumblr_backup.py from github with python 2.7.x and hitting the API directly gives you the posts. You can enter as many names as you want, so just give it a long string and time to work.

First download and install python from the link, there are versions for Windows, Mac, and for linux just use your package manager. Make sure it is added to your path, so you only have to type python rather than the absolute path.

go to the green clone or download button on the right hand side and download as zip.
Go to where you downloaded the zip file and uncompress it into a folder.
Open a terminal, on windows open the start menu and type "cmd" or "powershell". On mac Command - spacebar to launch Spotlight and type "Terminal". Linux just search for terminal in the menu.
The terminal window will open at the user root directory, you need to get to the files. Change directory to the unzipped files using the "cd" command which is the same on all systems. On mine it was "cd Documents\Tumblr\bbolli-tumblr-utils-f906939"
From this level to save blogs, just type "python" for the code interpreter you want to use, ".\tumblr_backup.py" for the file you want to run and then the blog names separated by spaces.
"python .\tumblr_backup.py blog1 blog2 blog3"
It will gather information and save text and pictures into a folder with a index.html file that you can open up and it links to month by month archives of the posts in a minimalist format.
This will work on blogs that were not set to private, and it doesn't download videos. There is a way to get private blogs with the Oath file, but I haven't checked it out. There's also a video downloading element, but I also haven't played with that yet.
If python is not added to your path, you may have to give it the absolute path of the python executable in the command.

Well getting the video downloader to work was easy, just type "pip install youtube_dl" after installing python. However they block videos with the new content settings so it won't work on porn.
so the video saving command would be "python tumblr_backup.py –save-video blog1 –save-video blog2"
