To me, it’s so obvious and hot of an idea that I’m surprised it isn’t its own dedicated niche yet.
In my view, cuckqueaning within a harem can happen through two dynamics:

Interesting ideas. Both are great scenarios. How is the odd one out chosen? Is it purely the man's decision, or do the girls choose? Is it done by ballot, say every month? I kind of like the idea of the vixen pack as you call it choosing the same girl to be excluded month after month.
But on the other hand regarding scenario two, I also like the thought of them all voting for the same girl every time. They all agree she's the one that deserves him for another month. In both cases it's interesting to think about why they all agree. What is it about her that makes her special or different?
As for which one is more feasible, it's probably fair to say most women interested in cuckqueaning are cuckqueans rather than vixens. The Cuckquean's Dilemma
Each member of an N-girl harem gets to cast a secret ballot as to whether or not each other member should be allowed to have sex or not during the next N-month cycle
Two girls, A and B. Each cycle lasts two months. There are 4 unique outcomes.

Let's add a girl, C. Each cycle lasts three months. There are now 27 unique outcomes (I'll only post six examples)

>AyAn ByBn CyCn - A B and C each abstain for 10 weeks
>2Ay 2Bn 2Cn - A has sex for three months, B and C abstain for three months
etc etc etc
The most advantageous outcome (everyone votes for everyone else to have sex), results in everyone getting to have sex for 1/Nth of each cycle. If all outcomes are equally probable, than the most probable outcome is each member getting to have sex for 1/2Nth of each cycle. However, all outcomes are not equally probable, so you can have any one of N^Nth possible outcomes ranging from everyone having some sex, to one person having all the sex, to no one having any sex at all.
Where this gets interesting is thinking about the game theory. What kind of individual or group strategies can be employed to maximize or minimize sex? How does one avoid or encourage becoming a persistent cuckquean? What tactics can the man (the 'game runner') employ to achieve particular outcomes?
You could probably write a mathematics dissertation on it.

Because a UUID filename is algorithmically created you could theoretically work it backwards to learn something about the machine which generated it. For your amusement the theoretical maximum namespace size for a 128 bit UUID is 2^128 ≈ 340 undecillion (The practical namespace is smaller, obviously. For example if you're using a timestamp as part of it then UUID's which would have been generated in the past will no longer be generated.). For comparison there are probably only about 2^76 stars in the entire universe.
Seriously though, don't trust smartphones. They're irrevocably compromised down to the firmware level.
