Hey fem-anon, why aren’t you part of a man’s harem yet? Hey male-anon, why don’t you have a harem yet? I’ll tell you why. Because you both need to improve yourselves, that’s why. If nobody likes you, the solution is to be more likable. There are too many depressing threads here about problems, and not enough solutions. Most of these problems would be solved by you acquiring more desirable traits.

I'll post more later when I have time. Feel free to request stuff too.

The most dangerous barbell exercise is probably the suicide grip overhead dead lift. If you use a rack with catcher bars and so on though it's all perfectly safe.

I highly approve of this thread. I've been thinking this board has been getting too engrossed in fiction. I'm sure some of the people here are complacent and the idea of being in a harem or having one is just an idle fantasy. Let's make it a reality.

There’s only so many ways you can squeal over your man’s latest catch and the fiction is fun. But I like this thread too! Everyone should be the best they can be, and that is usually different to and much much better than they have been trained to believe.

1st pick is for women and for men to know what to avoid, though i can't stop you if you use it otherwise. i'm actually starting to realize 80% of my PDFs are from /k/ so unless people want to start learning how to make shelters and guns in thier backyard, i'm running a bit low. I still have some drawfag stuff though, and i may have some more from /fit/ somewhere.

That anon >>14787 makes a fair point when applied to the anons who aren't in a cuckquean/harem situation. It's bound to be true of many lurkers who are not coming here from already being cuckqueans/vixens/the man. Where I disagree however is how it applies to the board as a whole. The majority of people aren't going to be writing field reports about their real life situation on 8chan so it stands to reason the content/discussion will be based on fiction, fantasies and mainstream things.

>>14789

>1st pick is for women

Not relevant at all to women's fitness. Most women don't have an issue with their hormones unless they are overweight/obese and so should not be eating anything with the intention of "decreasing testosterone". Implying that following that guide will make a women more feminine is ridiculous. Switching to higher protein and fat diet and cutting out as much sugar as possible along with eating a good amount of vegetables and lifting is the true answer to losing excess body fat and looking and feeling good. When I say "higher" that really means "normal" because many people today have a very unnatural low protein and low fat diet. Obviously going vegan is extremely inadvisable unless you really know what you are doing.

Due to the way hormones work lifting causes women to become more feminine and men to become more masculine. Whenever you see an overly muscled woman that will be because they're on gear. It is simply not possible for 99.9% of women to get "too big" no matter how much they lift. The cardio style exercises are necessary to a degree but highly inefficient compared to lifting. A typical problem with fitness is people jogging and stretching hours a day for years and then seeing no real difference.

I appreciate you are trying to be constructive but your post is essentially 0/10 thanks to that graphic.

I'm not sure how useful this thread will be since everything in it will be the same stuff you could find on /fit/. I guess it could be good for advice more directly aimed at women, although most of the advice on /fit/ can apply to women with a little tweaking. But the thread is here now so we may as well use it I guess.

Is it a troll / fetish image? Any man following that guide is going to end up "skinny fat", ie atrophied muscles replaced by a high body fat percentage. Their health and immune system will absolutely tank and they'll become very lethargic.

>>14793

Yes, it's only a little tweaking.

Exercise advice for men and women is basically the same except women lift much lighter weights. A normal man will be able to keep gradually increasing his lifts for a very long time whereas a women will plateau much sooner. Of course by that time her body will be goddess tier anyway.

Diet advice is also the same except the total calories will typically be lower for women due to lower goal body weight and shorter height. Once your diet is non-fucked and your body fat levels are healthy you'll actually find your natural appetite generally fits in exactly with the right amount of calories anyway, although you should continue to count them just in case. Women are often put at a disadvantage by believing they shouldn't do serious exercise and should stick to goofy things like desu balls, fad diets, and so on.

I seriously recommend /r/theredpill to the other guys here. It's the last good subreddit. Plus it's extremely polygyny-friendly, which is perfect for guys seeking a harem.

>Read everything in the sidebar

But don't read any of the threads. I'm going to attack the subreddit here but many of the core ideas are legitimate. The problem is everything else.

Here is the red pill on /r/theredpill

>it's reddit

>no serious subreddit has ever been good

>many of the posters are non-white guys rejected by white women (MGTOW, PUA, incel groups are similar in this regard, sorry but your secret is out)

>everyone will agree with a shit-tier thread until a higher reputation person comes along and points out it's bullshit

>they complain about BPD women yet everything they do and say is almost guaranteed to push them into their arms

>they talk about "plates" but they themselves are also "plates"

>they are indistinguishable in behaviour from promiscuous gay men apart from having sex with women instead

>their primary wish is to obtain the respect of other men because they don't have it currently (another trait shared with dysfunctional gay men)

Pictured is an example. Almost every OP is total utter complete garbage. Here thankfully he is shut down, and to be fair to the other users, that's relatively common once the first non-cucked post is made.

There is often a sound and useful premise (ie political correctness free discussion of relationships for theredpill or talking about being Eurasian for hapas) which is then warped out of all recognition by people pushing their specific agenda (or fetish).

>>14816

The rules should include a ruthless ban on cuckold-style larping (which I suspect that post and many others are - why would a normal man be talking about castration?) and that anyone who criticises white women must prove they are also white. That would solve almost all problems immediately. I don't care if someone is a cuckold or into any other fetish, as long as it stays a fetish and not something they spam everywhere else, but that along with black pill, sour grapes and concern trolling must not be tolerated on a such a community. Otherwise it will soon degrade into what /r/theredpill has become. Keep things on topic.

If you're just starting to lift, you should really just do Greyskull LP. It's a solid program that has all the important lifts and hits the entire body.

There is absolutely no need to do all these other exercises when they're not necessary, and absolutely no reason why there needs to be a "female-oriented program" for beginners. That shit matters later on when you've hit the intermediate stage and can no longer add weight to the bar every workout, but low-bar Back Squat and Deadlift are all you need before that.

>>15050

You don't even need to touch stuff like this until you've hit intermediate weights and are finding that certain aspects of your body are lagging.

Agreed. When people start talking about specific muscles in the context of beginners then that's a bit of a warning sign too. In reality no muscle escapes the standard set of barbell exercises, and it's literally impossible to get "too big" or to look "unbalanced" as an amateur, especially if you're a woman. You simply don't have the testosterone.

However in my experience I found different lifts and variations to be more about keeping it interesting and to have fun. So there is value in trying different things. Specifically about this Greyskull LP though, I hadn't heard of it before but generally I'm not one for gimmicky things like neck harnesses. Is it really a good idea to recommend that stuff to beginners?

That second one is body weight exercises. A lot of people are scared to touch a barbell or go to a gym, or it might be too costly/take up too much space to do it at home. People then give up on body weight routines because they don't really do much compared to basic lifting (unless you really know what you're doing). They are so inefficient and unsatisfactory that they are basically designed to fail.

Everyone needs to ask themselves: do you even lift?

GSLP is more of a framework than a specific program. I've included here the Phrak variant and the halfchan /fit/ variant which are pretty similar.

I personally like the Phrak variant since it keeps things simple and has the right lifts. It's a good program to follow for pretty much any newbie; you should definitely sub out the Chinup if you can't do at least three with good form though.

I think the big thing women don't like about this program is the relatively low amount of lower-body. If you really wanted to, you could follow the /fit/ variant and sub out the dumbell exercises with hip thrusts and Romanian deadlifts, but I'm very much of the opinion that that sort of thing is not necessary and Phrak's gives you everything you need for your first three months.

Thanks for expanding on it.

The bit I'd like to point out to others is how few repetitions there are. People get the idea of lifting for hours when they see the stereotypical gym guy curling a dumbbell a million times but doing it properly is nothing like that.
