So in the military we use the date format of 27MAR20 now with that applied to Q drop 34 the dates seem to line up with current events. 11.3 could be March 11th. 11.4 -→ April 11th
Post 34 also talks of the division of the country and the censoring of the POTUS as well as the activation of the EMS
