Before the article Biden refers to came out (which ranked the US 5 of 6 ready for pandemic preparedness except for one key factor : the lack of trust in the government.) the focus of Lena H Sun was the strange new 'lung illness linked to vaping' which she almost exclusively wrote about weekly or more for the 9 weeks leading up to the 10/24 article.
The CDC and FDA (others?) were doing tests/studies on vaping and lung illness at this time. (guide post?)
China is the inventor of and largest distributor of e-cigarettes.
Are there other vapor uses in hospitals or areas with high faux-vid numbers?
Late 2019 China bans online sales of vape products and world follows in many ways (eliminating records/crimes over border risk?)
Could infection have been spread on purpose through vaping prior to or along with initial infections?
Did studies show something to researchers?
Were they covers for research?
Did they find something they could use as a key for their tests, making it seem it's con-vid?
Is this how they knew covid is contained with high humidity?
Could vaping be used to force vaccinate?

At first I thought maybe Biden had a senior moment and tweeted that thinking he was slick after hearing his role in the exagger-demic, but it turns out that it was the WaPo article, by the "pro vaccine propagandist" Lena H Sun who is the Posts Beijing bureau chief and daughter of a Communist supporter and feminist who worked with Hollywood while writing anti-American stories.
Sun's mother Yu Lihua was a banned writer in some countries when she praised China's way of life under communism. Lihua died of the Pelosneeze in May and was cremated on mothers day, and daughter didn't have all sweet words for mama.
