I know there's a snack thread but I'm not here for snacks. I want food that's a part of a proper meal. Let's talk about it.

reviving a 4 year old thread, I like beans on toast, but proper branstons beans, chilli bean pots with beef are also cosy, stews and soups are comfy too. I also am fond of skyr with honey sprinkled with some granola. Sushi is very good though.

My go-to comfort food has to be baked potatoes, because it combines

the fluffy delight of potatoes slowly melting in the mouth with the convenience of turning on the oven and coming back an hour later with a couple condiments. Ive tried several combinations of seasoning, cheese and breads and its always a banger.
