Has there ever been a comic where Superman (or any super durable hero) consumes spicy food and mentions if they feel it? Capsaicin works as an irritant and would logically (as little as that applies to superheroes) have a diminished (if any) response to it. Could have made for a fun silver age story where Clark has to fake it.
