Pretty sure ain't none of that Roth Grand Cru Surchoix.
Anyway, did someone artfully carve an artistic interpretation of a bun from goat cheese?

It might taste okay, but the absurd ratio of meat to ginger, horseradish, and Wasabi will overpower any trace of its flavor.
Try this one on for size.

How are the fries at a Steak&Shake? I've never been.

i'm sure sns would do the same, the 7x7 is just listed on their late night menus for 7.77 which is pretty fair.
their fries are pretty standard, albeit a bit thinner than a traditional fast food or diner fry. i like their onion rings better. if you ever get the chance to go to a steak and shake, do go inside instead of the drive thru, it's always a better experience

Steak and shake patties are thin pressed burgers. They aren't as juicy, but they are browned much more than regular burgers, and therefore have much more flavor.
>>9418
Officially they max out at 5x5 now, but you can still order flying dutchmen and stack them on yourself.
As for steak and shakes fries, they are like their burger patties; tuned for maximum surface area. They cook them up thin and crispy. I put the fries on the burger.

Salt and pepper should be enough for anything. Any further spices should be added through veggies and toppings if you can manage it. Maybe some herbs like rosemary would be good for a really thick burger, but it really depends on what else you're putting on it.
Personally, I like to chop up some peppers or garlic and mix it into the meat before I cook it. In that case.

Wew, I just stopped my post halfway through.
In that case, I dice it up really fine so the exterior of the veggies are roasted. Burgers are surprisingly versatile, you'd be surprised at what you can get away with.
try slathering some peanut butter on your bun if you've just got some meat and bread

>Google Prions
>A prion ( i/ˈpriːɒn/) is an infectious agent composed entirely of protein material, called PrP (short for prion protein), that can fold in multiple, structurally distinct ways, at least one of which is transmissible to other prion proteins, leading to disease that is similar to viral infection
>Would you eat a burger made entirely of viruses
I would be supremely impressed that you managed to make something like that hold itself together.

They're not really viruses, they're just mutant proteins. Not alive at all - though you might argue viruses aren't alive either (which is bollocks) so I'd say they're even less alive. But actually they're as alive as whey.

Why is it that the burgers at Fuddrucker's or Five Guy's & so on always taste better than any burger I make at home? Also my burgers takes twice as long to make while they do their shit within 7 minutes.

Lots of pre-prep and research went into making those foods taste good to people. Their patties are more than just beef and a bit of seasoning. Their fries aren't just sliced potato and a bit of salt. There's all kind of shit mixed in to light up all the pleasure centres of your brain, and lots of it isn't super healthy, either. It's why I only eat fast food as a once in a while treat, or if I'm bulking and want to indulge before the pumps begin.

In n out is trash, after hearing cali faggots spew out 5 star reviews for years and years eventually when I was out West I had to try it. It's fucking oversized White Castle. Gritty shit tasteless cardboard meat, soggy as fuck bun, soaked in mountains of shit. Nearly any other chain is better. Five Guys or even fucking Wendys makes a better burger.
But nothing even comes close to homemade burgers grilled over charcoal.

Wendy's is the absolute best fast food burger you can get imo.
The meat is good, buns aren't half bad, and they get closest to the damn pictures.
Five guys I would say is a step above fast food, I like it better than other burger joints, like smash burger, which is fucking garbage.
