What are your thoughts about Ethiopian Orthodoxy or Ethiopians in general?

It's the most pure form of Christianity imo.

Classic exotic appeal

Ethiopian orthodox have serious theological issues. They are not based or pure.

They're generally distanced from western modern problems which is good.

Non chalcedonians are closer to Roman Catholicism than Eastern Orthodoxy regarding the Trinity, I disagree.

Southern Baptists have some serious theological problems too. You believe in the heresies of sola scriptura and sola fide, and you also undermine God's sacraments and teach the heresy of congregationalism. Southern Baptists are barely Christians.

Interesting history, neat architecture, Ge'ez is fascinating and it has an exotic mysterious element to it like the Assyrian Church. I often wonder how Africa as a continent today would look if the Coptic church spread as far and successfully Islam did. Speaking of when we are we getting an Oriental Orthodox flag and Church of the East flags if we have protestant ones?

North Africa would belong to western civilization as it did before and would keep producing great thinkers and saints. Sub Saharan AFrica would be better too.

Islam was the devils doing.

Pray for the conversion of our lost former brothers.

I'm gonna go with based. Yes, Coptics have some issues, but nothing of extreme consequence that reshapes their teaching on Christ or morals. It could be worse. They're not gnostics or queer enablers. Nor have they been known for wars or savagery, like many other denominations. Nor are there localized elements that lend to superstitions and carryovers from pagans.
