Pretty much. There's really no need to speculate on the fates of those that have passed on from this world unless we know they have been raised into heaven as part of the invisible Body of Christ. It's better to take care of our souls and those of our neighbors and pray for their safe-keeping, perseverance and salvation.

I'm quite certain, as those who committed suicide have severely violated the 5th commandment thereby placing themself in a state of mortal sin, and being dead, no longer have access to the Sacrament of Reconciliation, are thereby permanently damned.
I believe there's a miracle associated with Cure d'Ars where Jesus supposedly intervened in a man's last moments in the midst of his suicide attempt but I also imagine it would be extreme for the Lord to intervene in every single suicide attempt like this.
Clarifying whether someone attained Sainthood is a difficult, time-consuming process for the Church from my understanding as well so really, I think the mental energy that would go into such pondering is best reserved to the Church. We should simply hope for the best.
