You don't need to bother with any detailed theological arguments. I'll say that much.
You just need to focus on Jesus. Those who might believe in God easily accept the idea of God the Father and even the Holy Spirit. Who they truly fight is Jesus (and inevitably will show themselves to not care for the Father or the Holy Spirit either). All you have to do is quote what Jesus said about himself and let it run on autopilot. If they don't believe him, that's their own fault.
Maybe I'm being a bit of a downer to those who like arguments and apologetics, but you shouldn't linger too long around some people. It's not incumbent upon you to save everyone's soul. It's only incumbent upon you to preach the gospel. Whether they believe it or not is not our job. Don't throw your pearls before swine, as Jesus himself said. And "If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet."
