So if we are going to define gender on the basis of sex chromosomes, i.e. females are XX and males are XY, well that makes sense since 99% of humanity operates on this schema. But for the few people who are born with sex chromosome disorders, like those with Turner Syndrome (they only have a single X chromosome), or those with XXX or XXY disorder or XXYY disorder or XYY disorder, etc. etc., what are their genders? God created male and female, XX and XY. Those with XX are female persons, those with XY are male persons, so what kind of person would someone with XXY chromosomes be? Male or female? There is no third sex, God did not create anything in between. The idea that gender is non-binary is bulls— leftist garbage. And it is abundantly clear that those with sex chromosome disorders don't constitute other genders since, well, its a disorder, its not natural, its not supposed to happen. So I'm not asking this question from a political perspective but simply from a theological one, what kind of persons or souls would those who have sex chromosome disorders be? Also, there is the issue of Swyer Syndrome as well. These are people who genetically are XY but who were born with female genitalia as well as a cervix and uterus and the rest of the things that women have and they develop pretty much the same way that all other females develop. However despite having the outward appearance of a woman as well as the chemical makeup of a woman, a person with Swyer Syndrome is technically a male and they can't reproduce since their ovaries don't produce eggs. So if they were to be in a relationship, would it technically be homosexual if they were with a man and straight if they were with a woman even if on the outside this appears inverted? Also, given the fact that those with Swyer Syndrome generally aren't even aware of their chromosome disorder until later in life (when they try to reproduce) they are pretty much women both physically and chemically yet would they still technically be male persons due to their chromosomes? Or would they be female persons? God obviously intended for them to be male so would he have created their souls male?

Well, we have the term Hermaphrodite.
Hermaphrodites have traits of both male and female which is not the same as being a third sex.
As for things like Swyer Syndrome, I suppose if the traits of their X chromosome are the ones that are being predominately expressed then that makes them women?
I'm not very knowledgeable on the topic, but that's my two cents on the matter.

On a sidenote, sooner or later this is going to come down to people having to simply fight for survival. If they want to redefine concepts as old as gender, they're going to have to kill everyone for it. Or be killed themselves. It's not coming for free and it's not coming through mere debate. These "debates" currently going on in society are just the calm before the storm. They mean nothing. No one realizes just what is under threat or is taking it seriously yet. Sooner or later, they will. Changing definitions as fundamental… no, elemental.. as this, requires power. Not debate. Just raw power. And no one hands over power for free.
Science is mostly silent now, but it will never truly make room for postmodernism. It's thoroughly modernist at it's core. It's never been as open ended as some would like to think. The same goes for "body positive" propaganda. No self-respecting scientists are ever truly going to give an inch to obesity and purposely encourage people to die from diabetes, just for the sake of protecting "identity". Modernists fundamentally don't give a s— about Identity or multiple outlooks. They always put what they see as facts and objective reality on a pedestal. Just like they're not going to cave in to leftists and admit that "math is racist" or whatever new attack that's trying to deconstruct the civilized world. They'll fight back eventually. The same underlying principles applies to gender. You're not going to redefine concepts like this without a fight.
And of course, queers and transgenders are also attacked on the other end by traditionalists of all stripes: Christians, traditional Hindus and Buddhists (that is, real non-boomer/caucasian Hindus and Buddhists), and Muslims. Not to mention the billions of average people who've simply settled with humanity's history of two genders for eons. You're not going to "redefine" everything in the last 10 years and expect all of these groups to play along. You'll have to fight for it. It's just a matter of when. It's more of an oddity or amusement right now, but the more the media tries to push it to the forefront, and the more it creeps directly into people's families, the sooner the fight starts and everybody dies. Afterwards, you'll get the end of discussion on gender "definitions". Be it the old ones or new ones.

These are genetic disorders, and just like how any disorder isn't necessarily toppling the entire concept of what it means to be human, like hemophilia or sickle cell disease, genetic disorders involving the X or Y chromosomes don't invalidate sex. And gender is already defined as a social construct, but in my opinion this is separating the body from the mind. A Male body has a Male mind, a female body has a female mind, this is irrefutable. So none of this means anything.

In other words, it's ultimately driven by Gnosticism. Same as the AI Singularity fanatics who want to "upload" their brains and do away with old humanity entirely. The latter are getting ahead of themselves, but still in the same group as trannies and gender deconstructionists.
I hate to get into conspiracies, but it wouldn't surprise me that it ultimately can be traced to Freemasons/Hermeticists or even Golden Dawn types (i.e. Aleister Crowley and Luciferians). The seed started small, but the first major pushes into culture at large came through Entertainment. This is how it finally became "acceptable" and considered "worthy" of discussion in the first place. It was never a scientific or intellectual discussion. Just a mass brainwashing conducted by dancing monkeys. David Bowie comes to mind. He, among others, made listeners feel "safe" to come out of the closet and/or question concepts of gender on a large scale. It created a domino effect. Then the infiltration into other institutions started, as their fans grew older and had careers. Now they run the institutions themselves and free a little more free to mindscrew with everyone and redefine things (but like I say, this will eventually come down to a fight, once people realize how much of a threat it is).

It's not even that. Sex shouldn't even be defined by chromosomes. For most of human history, we did not have the technology for chromosome testing, yet the overwhelming majority of societies knew of man and woman. Their basis were not chromosomes but behaviour, thought and appearance patterns.
