That’s not good enough for them. They changed algorithms so that people never see channels of people that liberals decide are hateful unless they search for them personally, but everyone was still able to share links to conservative channels and Christian ones.
You tube was still being used for freedom and containing all the videos, they had a hand in harboring ideas that they were against themselves. By removing the channels completely and the links, they are able to not carry the burden of holding onto all that data that is being used as a weapon against them. Youtube was making it possible even while they were against it. To independently do all the things people are doing through youtube you have to spend a lot of money on equipment. You tube was making it too easy for people to get a message out to the masses and not use a fortune in the process, from what I understand so far. Not just Anderson.
Also they easily flag videos at the complaint of a single person. There will always be a video with complaints. So they can give you your three strikes in a single day if they please and remove you the next. The terms of service are window-dressing to make it seem like they have democratic terms that can be followed. But in reality they have the ability to be judge/jury/executioner. Even with a fortune on lawyers to fight it, you can go through the same process soon afterwards.

I'm completely against Anderson and what he stands for, but just look how hated us Christians are.
Whether you say it like Anderson or like a normal Christian that gayness is sin, you will get torn down under the "hate speech" reason. What I mean is that it doesn't matter whether you hate the sinners like Anderson or simply talk about the practice of homosexuality while specifically saying that you love the gays.
I use a horrible app from time to time and if you search "Christian" you will find that it's 80% hate posts and all the posts made by Christians have hateful comments. If you search "Muslim" you will get 99% positive posts, and every single hate comment will have replies that call islamophobia.
We are truly, truly hated as a religion and Anderson is not doing any justice to actual Christians

Unless you've been dealing with the same things for actually speaking out against sodomy yourself, why join yourself to that cause only to punch down at the person who actually, in this case, had his site taken down, and probably a lot of other stuff? In fact the idea of all hatred being "bad" itself rather than a natural reaction possible of perfectly healthy people, is a modernist idea somewhat akin to gnostic cosmology.
The conclusion for this is, stop being a slacktivist if actually you really do oppose sodomy; actually do real things about it then. Trying to constantly signal virtue signalling, exactly like the whole world does, except a few people like Anderson, is not actually doing anything to address this problem, it's only further fueling and propelling it in reality. It's worse than inaction. One day, many people will just look back and be ashamed at how much they were just playing to the people and popular perceptions and not actually getting behind the truth such as what the apostle Paul says in the book of Romans. They're all too busy for things like that, when they can be signalling more about how accepting to everyone they are of sin and making themselves seem popular and accepted and showing how progressive they are, and so forth. Which is exactly and precisely what the majority of this non-christian world does in many cases, not just this one.
