Did anyone really notice how it's basically the archaic leftovers of pagan populations on planet earth that continue to reproduce at a substantial and unsustainable rate? Aside Africa and Indonesia, most other monotheistic cultures manage to somehow maintain their populations relatively low and at sustainable levels, while pagans just keep reproducing like automatons as long as nature allows them to.
Why is that?

It's not true
The unsustainability of those regions you're thinking of also can't be causally linked to religion, but the religion is going to have a big play on the culture. Still, Christians and Muslims are the only religious groups with above average fertility rate on a world scale

A large part has to do with rice vs wheat growing regions. Rice can support a lot larger population.

Are Africans really that christian tho? I mean they are, but what with all the pagan/animist influence around them i'd say they still have the same pre-christian habits of reproducing just like the Chinese or Indians.

A fear I started having this year is maybe gnostic tranny degeneracy IS original Christianity and paganism is actually what God wants. I bet the Vatican knows this which is why they try to incorporate as much local paganism as possible into Catholicism.
