>muh edgy post.
First, I don't know who he is.
Second, this looks like a gossip thread. Gossip is a sin.

It's not "gossip" to call out these parasites. He's a "prosperity gospel" preacher, who writes "self help" books, at best.
What next? Are you going to wag your finger that Jesus was too angry for whipping the money changers in the Temple?

Pinnacle of Protestantism
In other words, he's a false prophet.

Okay, so he's a Protestant. Is this particular brand of Protestant worse than others? Like the others that tell you to "sin boldy", or can have gay marriage?
Thank you for telling me what sin I shall do next. It must be awesome to be able to see the future and my sins.

Yes, the sacramental strands of Christianity - Catholicism and Orthodoxy - are nobler, more beautiful and more intellectual than the deracinated and fissiparous strand known as Protestantism.
The temples, rituals and traditions of the sacramental strands are remarkable in their beauty and dignity (if we discount things like the Novus Ordo Mass and modernist Catholic temples). In Protestantism, however, you either have a traditional but lifeless, ossified aesthetic (as in Lutheranism and Presbyterianism), or you have a downright tacky aesthetic (Evangelicalism at large). You have wooden pews, organ music and boring sermons in the old denominations or cushioned seats, bad guitar music and motivational sermons in the megachurches.
Kuehnelt-Leddihn, a Catholic author, has written about this. In Catholicism art styles tend to develop; in Protestantism they tend to freeze. (Gothic lettering, for instance, is still used with reverence in some Protestant denominations, 500 years later.) I think this has something to do with the Eucharist. Maybe the Eucharist is life-giving in the artistic sense also.
I was raised Evangelical but am considering becoming Catholic. But I'm convinced that both Evangelicals and Catholics are "real Christians" if they are sincere in their faith.
Joel Osteen is indeed emblematic of the more lowbrow end of Protestantism. But Catholicism is also full of not very bright priests, as Evelyn Waugh told his niece in that famous letter. Christianity is not the NFL. This whole "my team is better than yours" thing is silly.

As my niece explains, this "prosperity gospel" is based on
Ecclesiastes 11:1
"Cast thy bread upon the running waters: for after a long time thou shalt find it again."
of course, it's out of context.
I mean, it is just Protestantism.

You must be very superficial, materialist or only thirsting after the "outward" to think that pagan way.

Another scripture taken at face value. We were told in my cult that gossiping is a sin. So no one discussed the reprobate in our Kingdom Hall that was hurting children.
See how that works.
I’ve been given every permission by the Holy Spirit to hate this man in the photo. He’s one of the worst false prophets.
Let’s for a moment say everything you believe about me is true, this guys sins would still tower over my sins.

Forget the first, third and fourth pic. The church I first joined was newly started and met in a community center when I first joined. There were less than ten of us and we met regularly three times a week. Later the church moved to a storefront as it got larger is saving now for a building. These people are far more dedicated to doctrine, Christian separation and reaching the lost than some megachurch that does concerts. Two families picked up and moved their lives across the country to reach to lost in my home town.
