The rosary does work against demons, but you may know this already. It's very important not to rely on "secular" approaches, you have to build your connection to God first before you're safe to dive deeper into the more hidden spiritual things. Curiosity is a blessing, but in this case it's better to listen. You may end up just wasting your time.

I'm sorry to say, but curiosity about demons opens you up to demonic oppression. All of those seals and sigils and rites and rituals, while intriguing, are just invitations. Demons do not operate within that framework. They only have a few principles to understand, and all of the occultism is just a means of entrapping souls and boosting their egos.
You must remain in a state of grace to avoid direct demonic influence (we are always susceptible to indirect demonic influence). A demon attaches to you once you have given consent – consciously, unconsciously, or subconsciously. Better to not mess with it, OP. In order to explore demonology you must be of inscrutable moral fiber, practically beyond reproach.

Wait… Is that why demons don't directly harm me anymore but some people I can just sense are demonically influenced still hurt me, because I'm in a state of grace?

Exactly. If people are being infested with demons/demonic activity near them, they should reconsider whether they even have Christ. The idea of followers of Christ being possessed is outrageous and theologically stupid.

I think I'm not possessed myself but demons will indirectly attack me through other people. It's become an hourly occurrence where people will try to attack me with no explanation as to why. Either they're all just angry toddlers in adult bodies or there is some super pissed demon strong enough to direct other humans to attack me.

Mike Heiser has recently publushed a book on demons, either called demons or demonology I can't remember. It's a supplementary addition to the Unseen Realm. Listened to a few of his talks on yt recently, couple of books he's mentioned too are I Am Not Afraid: Demon Possession and Spiritual Warfare: True Accounts from the Lutheran Church of Madagascar and the reference work known as the DDD: the Dictionary of Demons and Dieties in the Bible.
