What do you guys think? Churches are being effected. At my church we usually do communion every two weeks but we skipped it this week which I am a little disappointed over because I know God would never allow plague to corrupt true worship of him. Still, it being on the news and all and WHO declaring it a pandemic it is getting scary. Not many have died but the mortality rate is higher than the flu. Do you think perhaps this is a judgment?

Hope you guys are prepared. Even if your immune system can shrug off the disease, which has a 10% mortality rate, it's going to get bad in much of the West.

>What do you guys think?

It's a molehill-based mountain.

>Still, it being on the news and all and WHO declaring it a pandemic it is getting scary.

The Common Cold is on the news every Flu Season and it's technically a pandemic. Do you also fear it?

>Not many have died but the mortality rate is higher than the flu.

The species of Coronavirus most commonly associated with the 'flu' have a mortality rate of ~1% (1). Even if the Wuflu mutation tripled that potential - present educated estimates are at ~2.5% mortality (2) - it's hardly a threat to any reasonably healthy individual.

>Do you think perhaps this is a judgment?

I think it's a joke. It's a continual source of amusement as the needlessly fearful masses do increasingly illogical things, like hoard antibiotics and fabric masks (neither of which work on a virus).

They just cancelled every Sunday mass in the Paris region. This is getting annoying, I hope FSSPX at least will keep its service.

Yes. The first seal has been broken, it is the release of the white horse.

Can our based mods make this thread a general or something? We don't need 5 threads per day on the virus.

Who here is livestreaming their church's service, as their church cancels in person services, with a comfy setup?

just got back from church, here's a quick rundown:

>literally 10 ppl inside, not including the priest

>extra masses to avoid crowd, sounds reasonable

>they said you can skip attending if you're ill or scared

>family gets mad at me for not being afraid
