Young males grasping out for anything that connects them with the old world, because they have an ambiguous sense that something is wrong with today's world.
Roman Catholicism is a convenient fit because it has always argued that it is singularly the church of christ and you can kind of outsource your own thinking to it, "implicit faith".

Zoomers with a desperate need to find fulfillment turn towards whatever religion they believe most follows their meme political views. However, in my experience they rarely truly convert or even put in the effort to learn anything about Christianity beyond perhaps a few of the fables.
